They did provide personal attention to each participant and were mindful of our varying abilities and experience levels. They provided quality gear (shoes and harness) in a dry sack that included a bottle of water, which was thoughtful considering the heat! “Everything was very rushed and we left about 30min late due to some late passengers. The boat look ok but the steps are not safe and the guy supposedly helping people in and out was not that bothered. I ended up slipping and hurting my foot and not even an apology or a "are you ok?". Railay is obviously nice but too crowded with boats and people and the planktom is hit and miss. There are many others beached in thailand and even in Krabi that will be better”

“Got 3 climbs in for the half day experience. Instructors were amazing. The ratio was bad. 5:1. We had to wait over an hour between some climbs. There was no line so the more aggressive students got more. Ask for the ratio first or find another place that has a lower one. This came out to $15 every time we put the harness on.”
